Joe is a certified USMCA dirt bike coach, including special needs riders.
2–10 riders, 3-hour session.
No other riders. AM (8–12) or PM (12–dusk).
2-stroke specialist, labor rate. Custom track grooming also available, $100–$500.

Pet-friendly with stipulations — pets must be registered and up to date on vaccinations, leashed, and potty/crate trained. An additional pet fee applies; a $200–$500 damage/cleanup fee may apply if needed.
Keep mud and dirt off furniture and beds — boots off at the door, covered decks provided. Septic system: no wipes or feminine products flushed. No access to the 3rd bedroom closet (owner storage) or the neighboring owner's house, RV, and 5 acres.
